Connect the sample, size and supplied lot

A document’s presence is different from a verified relationship to the material you plan to order.

1. Record the exact current product and selected option.
2. Record the original report’s material, sample label and stated quantity.
3. Compare the report date and the supplier’s current lot information.
4. Ask which record links the documented sample to the current supplied lot.
5. Keep any unanswered question explicit.

Common mismatches

A report labelled for one amount should not silently represent all available amounts. A blended product should not inherit a certificate for only one component. A new filename alone does not establish a new analytical test.

What to send to support

Provide the product URL, selected size, original report URL and the precise field you need clarified. Do not send another supplier’s password or unrelated account information.
